Site logo not showing in Multisite installation

    Hi,

    Just installed Customizr theme in a multisite WordPress installation.
    Even without any plugins, the site logo will not show (not in preview and not in live site). It’s just showing the site name…

    I’ve used Customizr in single installations without any problem…

    Is Customizr not compatible with WOrdPress multisite?

  • Hi Lissyl,

    Can you confirm that you followed the?troubleshooting tips for Customizr, in particular the check for plugin conflicts ?

    Please also ensure you’re using the latest version of the theme.

    Thanks for pointing me to the tips.
    I already did most of them.

    Now the logo is shown!

    I switched from child theme to Customizr theme with same result.
    So I switched back to child theme and… wow… problem solved…

    I’m not using any cache plugin because I’m in development fase, so I can’t explain why this happened.
