Every time we update Elementor, there always seems to be something that goes wrong with a website.

This website we built from scratch using Flexbox Containers. Everything was working fine until the recent update to 3.18.3. Since this update, the site logo in the top header menu is no longer showing on Woocommerce product archive pages which uses an Elementor Theme Builder template.

If you visit the homepage or any other standard page, you will see that the logo is visible but not on any product archive page. The header template is set to display on the “Entire Site”. We also went in and added to the display conditions Woo “Product Archives” without success.

Tried rolling it back to 3.18.1 – no change.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey there. Quit Elementor when you still can. They charge your credit card without your approval, and refuse to refund per their “company policy”.

    Hi,

Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com

I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum, we have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, my.elementor.com.

www.remarpro.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

    Kind regards,

    Hi @ricav,

I realise I can contact Elementor Pro support. However, based on my experience of receiving Elementor’s stock standard template response of “deactivate all plugins and themes to determine conflict issues” to every single support request I have made in the past, I saw no point in doing so.

This is clearly an Elementor issue which was brought to your attention 3 weeks ago.
