• Your latest update to Version 5.8.0 is sending Site Lockout Notification emails as very colorful and long emails with additional information. While this is definitely a good way to share more information about your product and activities, I would still want to get back the simple text-format of emails that we were getting before this version update.

Moreover, as I manage a lot of WordPress installations, these large emails are resulting in unnecessary consumption of digital space.

Please either revert to the old format or provide us an option to choose >> new or old format.

  • Agreed! The new emails are very long and I have to scroll and cut through a lot to get to the important part of the message — is my site OK or not?

    Totally agree.

    1) I stopped reading these because scrolling down every day to get to the reason the email was sent (lockout, file change) was just getting ridiculous. If it is all about advertising, which is understandable, at least find a better way to do it.

    2) I have also always been getting two emails every day on both my websites with the exact same information and exact same date and time stamp. So add the size of these messages and it really adds up fast. Is there a way to fix this?

Since yesterday I have received 111 large emails about Site Lockout Notification on just 10 websites. Out of these, 50 are of one website and 51 of another one.

Please do something about this at the earliest.

You can provide an option for us to choose between simple formatted emails or the new one.

    Too many large emails (screenshot).
