• Hi there

I’ve just quite new to this.

I have uploaded the plugin and started to use its most basic features.

this morning whilst I was editing a file i got a site lockout notice which suggested I try a manual login. so, I went to the usual wp-admin which wasn’t there.

I’m guessing this plugin has altered the configuration – but 1] how do I get into what was the wp-admin area and 2] if its because of my editing a single file (which would be odd) how do I prevent this happening every time I edit files? have search the forum, but no joy

    Hope someone can help?

It sounds you have been logged out. User will be logged out for certain conditions, for example you enabled the “hide backend” feature. It is less likely to happen if you edit a single file, did you just enabled the hide backend feature?

If you enabled the hide backend feature, you need to remember the new login slug. Because you won’t able to access the website admin area without login using the login slug.
