Site load twice becasue of redux framework

I have the same issue, site started loading, than white screen few seconds and than continues loading process. It’s very odd, I tried to from where it’s comming, and the only plugin after de-activation it disappeared is Redux framework. Here is the screenshot, please let me know what I can do – to remove it

@yeros do you ever get on the WordPress slack? It’s really hard to debug something I can’t see. Perhaps I could see the website and work with you to resolve this. ??

The issue was not Redux based. The developer of the theme created a basic page loader that was added by a JS action at load causing a flash. Some CSS magic resolved the issue.
