After the update, the site’s loading speed decreased. PageSpeed Insights and tools.pingdom.com they note a significant decrease in the load speed. I have two sites on different hosting services and in both cases the download speed has decently decreased.
    Has anyone noticed this?

Where can we see the website in question?

Probably because it loads many more files than the previous version (wp-polyfill.mins.js, i18n.min.js, lodash.min.js, url.min.js, hooks.min.js, api-fetch.mins.js).

It went from 15KB to 220KB of asset loaded in the frontend.

    The active theme is Flatsome.

PageSpeed Insights scores noticeably decrease too.

Will it always be like this?

Thats’s right, @mikeingz, the number of files increased drastically and the amount of data loaded was blown-up. This loads to longer loading and poorer scores with PageSpeed Insights, for example. Even with caching plugins (in my case WPFastestCache) the number of files loaded in footer increases from 1 to 6(!!!).

@takayukister is there a way to reduce this numbers?
