Site kit reveals my gmail address

    I noticed when inspecting the HTML for one of my pages that Site Kit code includes the Gmail address I’ve used to connect analytics. This is not intended to be a public email address so it’s rather worrying that it could be harvested and start receiving spam etc. Is there any way to conceal the Gmail address so that it isn’t disclosed in the HTML?

    It seems you are seeing source code while you are logged-in. Can you please log-out from the dashboard & then check again as it doesn’t appear on public source code.

    I had no idea the HTML would be different when I’m logged in – tested on a logged out device and I confirm the Gmail address is no longer in the HTML.
