  • @levanii thanks so much for your topic. Could you tell me the following:

    1) Could you confirm the values for the WordPress Address and Site Address under Settings > General(find them here)?

    2) Are you using this plugin to deactivate and reactivate Cloudflare’s Flexible SSL? or are you doing this directly from your Cloudflare account?

    i still tried to deactivate SSL. for site kit but now it’s stuck on “checking compatibility”

    @levanii thanks for the details!

    Site Kit uses the WordPress settings to determine how to register the site on the service and where the site is located.

    Given you are using Cloudflare’s Flexible SSL and the plugin provides instruction not to change these values, this could be causing the issue.

    I’m going to do some further testing on our side. I’ll follow up as soon as I have more information.

    @levanii thanks for your reply! While I cannot say for certain if a resolution will be in the next release, we’re actively investigating this now.

    If possible, could you provide a screenshot of any browser console errors when the setup process says “checking compatibility” ?

    @levanii Many thanks for providing the additional information, the console errors are very useful. We’ll try and recreate the same issue from our side.

    In the meantime can you also share any XHR response you find on when refreshing the same screen, along with the Uncaught (in promise) Object console error you shared? Both may be beneficial as we try resolve this issue and get you connected.

    @levanii Many thanks for the additional information. We’ll continue troubleshooting from our side. If you have any redirection options at host level with your security certificate you can try forcing a https redirect for your WordPress site from there, while temporarily deactivating the Cloudflare Flexible SSL certificate.

    We’ll follow up with you here with any updates.

    i don’t get exact point, you want me to deactivate SSL? temporary? as i know there’s two option about redirection http and https. now i have set SSL https://

    @levanii If you have a security certificate activated there are different methods to force redirection. While we’re currently investigating this issue from our side it may be useful to determine if Site Kit setup is successfull with minimal plugins on your secure website.

    okay i ll try to activate site kit without SSL
