Hi there,

I’ve enabled and connected analytics and optimise with site kit but no tags are being placed on my site.

I’ve disabled the lite speed cache plugin to rule that out and have cloud flare in development mode.

The site health for site kit shows this:

But as you can see no analytics tags are shown on the page. Analytics works fine if I use a separate plugin to insert the code (GA-Germanised) but then optimise will not work. It seems like site kit is not inserting tags in the <head>

It seems your website is down. Please check your website & make it live so we can inspect.

To dig further into this issue please share your Site Health information via form privately so we can inspect your active plugins.

Thanks for sharing Site Health information.

It seems Ninja Forms – Google Analytics plugin is conflicting with Site Kit as it places the GA snippet as well. Can you please disable this plugin for a while & then check the snippet at your website?

I have de-activated that plugin but unfortunately I’m still not seeing any analytics or optimize tags on the site?

Any other ideas?

Hello @ralphonz ,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Can you revisit your Analytics Settings within Site Kit and see if there is an option to allow Site Kit to insert Universal Analytics & GA4 code? You can edit the settings by going to Site Kit Settings > Connected Services > Analytics > Edit. Please see screenshot.
