Hi, we were using Site Kit for a few months and seeing all the data in the Site Kit dashboard in WordPress correctly but for a few weeks it’s not been showing any GA4 data. The dashboard all of a sudden states “Not enough traffic yet to display stats” for some reason.

Site kit is connected, Google Analytics 4 snippet is inserted and the data is showing in Analytics but not coming into our WordPress. What could be the issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello @samovaari and thanks for opening a support topic. Looking at your site I can only see reference to a GA4 property. Can you confirm that you are only placing a GA4 property at this time and not a UA property?

If so this may be because you have not yet received the new GA4 dashboard for Site Kit which is in the process of being rolled out to users. To confirm this can you check your main Site Kit dashboard and tell me if you see a Google Analytics 4 view label like the one shown in this screenshot above the Analytics widget?

Hi @adamdunnage, thank you for your reply. If you’re referring to the green “Google Analytics 4 view” label, we were previously seeing it before this issue occurred. Now it’s not there and the dashboard looks like this: https://snipboard.io/qDrABM.jpg

In our settings we can see the following though:

    Universal Analytics Code Snippet

    Snippet is not inserted

    Google Analytics 4 Code Snippet

    Snippet is inserted

@samovaari Thanks for confirming this information. If you go to Site Kit > Settings > Analytics > edit and add a UA property, do you then get a new option in the settings to ‘Display metrics from Google Analytics 4 on the dashboard‘?

If yes, please select this option and go back to the Dashboard to check your data. Does this make any difference? If you don’t have the option then let me know and we can look at the next steps to take here.

@adamdunnage that did the trick, thank you! We are now seeing the GA4 data again.

Hello, we are also stuck with this issues. The Dashboard is showing no analytics data ( we assume it’s stuck showing UA data) . We have GA4 configured correctly, but no option to display GA4 data on the dashboard.
