Site Kit is showing data of another site

    I installed the Site Kit plugin and followed all instructions but when I go to the dashboard is giving me data of another site.
    I’ve checked all the address in WP and they are correct.
    I’ve already tried to reset and cancel and install again the plugin but is giving always the data of another site.
    Could you kindly let me know how to solve the problem?

    @cinziab Thanks for reporting, hopefully we can assist. There are some troubleshoot steps on the plugins website which you may have already tried, if not please try the below:
    1. Reset Site Kit before deleting the plugin in full
    2. Temporarily deactivate any optimisation and caching plugins
    3. Install Site Kit once more and active from a browser incognito window

    If the above fails can you share the following:
    – Your Site Health information
    – Have you setup connected Site Kit previously using a staging site?
    – What modules do you have active?

    Hello James,
    thanks for your reply.
    I’ve already tried everithing you suggested me but the problem still remain.
    I think to delete the plugin and follow the data directly from search control to avoid to waste time for both.

    @cinziab No problem at all, sorry I couldn’t be of more assistance. It’s an unusual case, so it may be worth investigating further. If you want to give the plugin another try going forward and encounter the same issue I can bring this up with the team. Be sure to share the additional information so we can troubleshoot further if so.
