    Thanks for reaching out and sharing the error message you’re encountering. Looking at the details which you kindly shared this looks like it’s occurring with the Site Kit admin toolbar, and may be related to an optimization plugin configuration.

    I also noticed that you’re using WP Rocket and we’ve identified a particular WP Rocket configuration that can result in a similar error. We have some workarounds contained in the GitHub issue below:

    Can you perform any of the suggested workarounds and share whether you encounter the same error?

    Many thanks for the reply

    I performed the first two tasks as below

    1. Disable caching for logged in users (screenshot)
    2. Apply an exclusion for Site Kit files – /wp-content/plugins/google-site-kit/dist/assets/js/(.*).js – File Optimization > JavaScript Files > Excluded JavaScript Files (screenshot)

    Unfortunately I could not carry out stage 3 due to an error message uploading the downloaded zip.
    3. Install and activate a mini plugin that excludes Site Kit resources from minification

    That said the error seems to gone from the tool bar.

    Without stage 3 do you think I am good to go ?

    @rdiggins Thanks for the update! Yes, you should be fine – the second task that you performed does the same thing as the mini-plugin, so you should be good to go.
