Site kit Error

    I’m trying to install Site Kit on my site but get the following error (Error: Bad Request): missing parameter: ‘code’

    I get this while setting up Site Kit: right after I sign into Google, and it asks me Site Kit wants additional access to your Google Account to which I click continue and then get that error message.

    Please assist. Thank you.

    Thanks for getting in touch @ccenizo. We have seen this problem in the past caused by a?setting in the Brave browser?which is switched on by default causing this error and stopping you from setting up Site Kit.

    Can you share whether you’re using the Brave browser, or maybe attempt set up from a Chrome browser incognito window?

    Thanks for the feedback James, and you are correct, it was indeed a Brave Shield issue which I deactivated to complete the setup. Thank you!
