    Hi @ziel28,

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you’ve encountered an error after updating the plugin. So we can determine more on this please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboards set up from a Chrome browser incognito window do you see any browser console errors on the dashboard? If so please share any such errors.
    3. Have you tried uninstalling the plugin and installing once more? If so, please go ahead and do so. There is no need to disconnect from Site Kit or reset the plugin before doing so.

Let me know how you get on with the above. If uninstalling and reinstalling results in the same error we can perform some checks to rule out any third party plugin conflicts.

I am having the same problem after latest update. Site health is reporting as Good. I have reinstalled the plugin but still the same problem.

@ziel28 We’ve received a Site Health information report which references this support topic. Assuming this was you, thank you for sharing!

If you’ve already tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, with the error remaining, please follow the steps below, which can help rule out any third party plugin conflicts. I ask as I can see a number of plugins active, some which I suspect use the same Google Charts library used by Site Kit:

    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    5. View the Site Kit dashboard once more

Let me know if you have any questions with the above steps. We have more detailed instructions of the above, added to the plugin website.

    Hi,

I already reinstalled the plugin but still showed an error in the site kit dashboard. I opened the site kit dashboard in Incognito view and I’m surprised it’s not showing the error. I already did the troubleshoot after checking in Incognito and Installed and activated the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and did the steps but still showing the error in Chrome. Here’s the error for your info:

Many thanks for the additional insights, very useful. I’ll add these details to the related GitHub issue which I created based on your report.

May I ask what browser you were using, before switching to a Chrome browser incognito window?

I’m always using the Chrome browser (the normal chrome) and nothing else. Thanks and hope to hear from you again.
