Normally I used to get all the data of search console as well as analytics from 28 days and below but now I am facing the problem that whenever I want to view my data of below 28 days below I am getting an error mentioning that Site Kit encountered an error.

@pradeepkamadana @socialsparkmedia Today we released v1.42.0, which includes a fix for this issue. I’ll mark this topic as resolved, but if you see any other issues or have questions, please feel free to open a new topic. Thank you again for your patience!

@shetheliving I don’t see any difference after updating to 1.42.0. The same error as earlier continues. I cannot see the data except for 28 days. Is there something else to be done from my side?

@pradeepkamadana Does the same occur when checking your site using an incognito window? If so then we can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting once more to try and determine any particular conflict. Let me know after you check from an incognito window.

    (@pradeepkamadana)

@jamesosborne Yes. Just now I checked in incognito window. Its the same. The error was found there also. So I need to troubleshoot and see, isn’t it?

If the same is occurring it would be great if you could troubleshoot this by following the steps below.

    1. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    2. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    3. Check for this issue when switching between the date periods once more – I suspect you won’t encounter the same error
    4. Using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin’s admin toolbar activate your other plugins while in troubleshooting mode, one by one, checking for the same issue each time. You’ll need to perform this for all plugins until you encounter the same error.
    5. If you encounter the error please try activating your present theme from within troubleshooting mode

At any stage if you encounter the error you can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

Let me know how you get on with the above, or if you have any questions.

@pradeepkamadana Just following up with you to check whether you’ve had an opportunity to perform the checks above? This would be useful as we try to determine any possible third party plugin conflict resulting in this error.

@pradeepkamadana @socialsparkmedia Just to let you know that Site Kit version 1.46.0 has been released, with a solution in place for this error which you initially reported. Can you update to this latest version and confirm that you no longer encounter this when visiting your Site Kit dashboard?

    Thread Starter Pradeep Kamadana

    (@pradeepkamadana)

@jamesosborne I am glad to know that. I have checked after updating the plugin. It’s absolutely perfect now. Thank you for fixing this though it has taken considerable amount of time which can be understood keeping in mind the exigencies you will be facing at work.
    Cheers!
