Thanks for reaching out. So we can try to determine the cause of this please share the following information.

    1. Your Site Health info. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. At what stage does this occur? ie. When clicking on your primary Site Kit dashboard or from the front end using the Site Kit admin tab?
    3. Do you see any browser console errors when this appears from checking your site using a Chrome browser incognito window?

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    Hello @piexii ,

Are you still encountering the same issue? Please feel free to share above requested information so our team can help you out.

Many thanks for providing the additional insights. From checking the details provided your defined site language includes a referenced to your theme. As you mentioned in the additional details submitted this isn’t impacting another site using the same there, so I’d like to see if there is any particular third party plugin conflict. You can check this by performing the checks below:

    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    5. Attempt to setup Site Kit once more

You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

If the same issue persists can you share the following information:

    1. At what stage does this occur? ie. When clicking on your primary Site Kit dashboard or from the front end using the Site Kit admin tab?
    2. Do you see any browser console errors when this appears from checking your site using a Chrome browser incognito window?
