Site Kit Dashboard Showing Blank Screen

@kapson Thanks for reporting. Can you inform me of the following:
– What modules do you have active?
– Does disconnecting the AdSense or Analytics module result in the dashboard populating?
– What console errors appear?

If you want to attempt setup again please follow the steps below:
1. Deactivate and uninstall Site Kit
2. Temporarily deactivate any caching plugin
3. Install again via a browser incognito window as you’ve attempted already

Dear James,

I have Search console, Adsense, Analytics, and Pagespeed Insights modules active.

I tried to deactivate Adsense module and dashboard (every active module) is working fine now.

But the other problem is now when I try to activate and connect Adsense module again, it’s sending me to an endless loop, while setup it showing account found, domain found, and asks me to click continue to add code… and when I click to continue it opens a new page and asking me to do all the same steps again.

@kapson Thanks for the update. We have an open GitHub issue in relation to that issue which you can find here, and we are working on a solution at present.

– If you were using AdSense previously did you have the ad snippet displaying?

If you want to attempt setting up AdSense again can you temporarily deactivate the other ads related plugins you have before connecting the AdSense module again from a browser incognito window?

Yes, It was working fine before with the same setup and settings.

– If you were using AdSense previously did you have the ad snippet displaying?

Ads was displaying correctly, but I am not using ad codes inserted by Site Kit, I use another plugin for ads code insert. ( Although I had tried and tested previously Site Kit ads insertion and it had worked well at that time. )

@jamesosborne HELP! I used to be tech savvy but its moved to fast for me. One day site Kit was set up & a couple days later it’s just blank. I deactivated plugins, tried deactivating and re-installing Site Kit….and still nothing. I dont even understand all that stuff @kapson sent you but I followed similar steps and still nothing! Please Help! Thanks

@kapson Apologies for the delay in responding. Are you in a position to temporarily deactivate some of your active plugins before checking again, particularly the optimisation, CDN and ads related plugins, of which I can see a few active.

@kapson since we have not heard from you, I will mark your topic as resolved. If the issue persists, please update the plugin to the most recent version (we’ve made some improvements), and open a new support topic if you’re still encountering issues.
