Hi?@hohotototo?thanks for getting in touch and sharing the information that you have thus far. Please could you share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status  (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.
    3. Have you tried a Site Kit reset and does this help to fix the blank screen or clear any console errors?

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

@hohotototo Thank you for sharing your Site Health Information that’s very helpful. I can see that you have a number of active plugins on your site. It’s possible that there is a conflict with a third party plugin which could be causing the blank Site Kit Dashboard.

To check for any such conflict, you can follow our troubleshooting steps here. Please do let me know how you get on with these steps and if you don’t find anything we can continue to troubleshoot this for you.

Did all the Troubleshooting from the guide and still having the same problem of a a gray screen maybe is a php problem? max-file or time?

@hohotototo Thanks for the updates and sorry to hear you were not able to find the cause. You could try changing your PHP version to see if there are any differences.

Could you also confirm that you are able to set up Site Kit without seeing a blank Dashboard when doing so from this URL? This creates a temporary test site with Site Kit pre-installed so that you can test this.

Let me know how you get on with the above 2 suggestions.

Change the php version to 7.4 and tried the test site. Still with the same problem I am updating the php values to see if maybe is server side problem.
