    Hi,

    I am trying to reconnect my Google Sitekit. after selecting the google account, it is automatically getting redirected to a temporary URL (provided by the host).

    This redirect is in a loop and I am not able to get over this. I have disabled the caching already. Still the problem persists. Any help please?

    Many thanks for opening a support topic. Looking at the URL you kindly provided it looks like you may have been using Site Kit on a staging site previously, with a “stackstaging” reference in the callback URL.

    In order to proceed can you share your Site Health information using this form and I can check your setup?

    You may also wish to reset the plugin (Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit) which will allow you to reset your site records on the Site Kit service. Note that if you reset you’ll need to connect all the modules once more, as with other connected users.

    Let me know how you get on anyway with a site reset or please do share your Site Health information and we’ll hopefully be able to get you connected successfully.
