Site keeps crashing I think it is a plugin problem

  • Here is my server error log, some of it anyway…..;

    Most of the error are at MovingTrades.com, but the site that keeps crashing WP site is JazzTrumpetLicks.com I keep getting a 403 forbidden error and the whole website goes down, sometime 2 minutes, sometimes up to 30 minutes about 4-5 times a day….

    Can someone please help me on this…. It is really getting annoying.

    I can post a list of plugins I have installed again.. I did so in an early post but I think I posted in the wrong spot….

  • These are issues with your hosts’ mod-security configuration on the server. Try contacting them about it.

    I figured it out on my own… It looked like auto spam bots had a script on one or more of my comment forms which was overloading the server…. I disabled comments and user registration and no more crashes…

    I do thank you for taking a look at it though…

    Well, never mind, I was wrong…. Even after disabling all my comments…still having problems,

    Did you get anywhere with this by contacting your host? I’m guessing it’s got something to do with the newest WP update (I’m getting the same error on PHP 5.3.24 and WP 3.8.1), but I really don’t know where to begin.

    Hey notkristina,I did get it fixed. It was my hosting company’s fault. They fixed it. It still crashes once in awhile, but nothing like it did before.

    Check your server’s error log for clues.
