Site jumps to bottom then back to top

Hey I was wondering if someone could help me please. If you visit https://beta.techyoucation.com/ the page will load and then jump to the bottom before back to the top. Why is this? I think it started after I removed

<?php endwhile; endif; ?>

But if I left that in the page would just be white (no content)
