Site is totally broken

Hi there,
I met a serious problem with a site being parked for months. When I started working on it, updated plugins, cleared this and that, etc, I realized the site is broken. I started the old method by disabling plugins and switching back one by one, and figured out, if I switch TP back ON, the whole site breaks (see screencast video link).
The site used to work properly (with TP), just hasn’t been used since last July 2020.

Hi there,
well, I could not wait, so risked a bit, and deleted the certain plugins (Elementor, +PRO, and TP) and reinstalled them. Seems to “clear’ the bug, so the site seems to be fine.
