Site is not working properly on older mobile devices….

  • Hello!
    My site is up and running (www.commsprovider.co.uk) it is my first site so be easy on me!

    IT is working fine on iPads, iPhone 5’s, Samsung s4 and above…
    But is not working properly on Samsung S3 or iPhone 4’s

    Does anyone now why, and how I can fix this…
