Site is not loading on mobile (issue with .htaccess)

Hello!

I’ve been creating a new wordpress site using the sela theme and a very limited amount of plugins and recently ran into an issue with the mobile site.

Everything on mobile seemed to be working well until a couple hours of work later and I run into this error message:

Not Found

The requested URL. /mobile/index.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 301 Moved Permanently error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle this request.

After doing some research and following this posts advice I managed to get the front page to load but clicking on any of the menu links would cause the error “page not found”. This at least confirms (or at least I think it does) that my .htaccess file is causing some issues.

I was wondering if someone could take a look at the contents and see if they notice anything that could be causing this issue. I have also tried the obvious and disabled all plugins but that didn’t seem to help.
