Site is not found even with WPTouch

In trying to make the site mobile friendly I have activated WPTouch, but when trying to access it on a mobile device get message “site cannot be found.” Need to know whether there is a coding issue or something else. As far as I know the twenty-thirteen theme should work, so any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
