    Hi,

When I go into WooPayments I get a red banner that says

Your site is currently in Safe Mode.?Please take action

However when I click on that button it takes me the woo payments payments tab – and there is nothing to do. No actions, no buttons. Just the normal settings and nothing to action. All the documentation I read tells me it should have buttons around site transfers etc – but there are not appearing. What do I need to do?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @winternet24,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand that you’re seeing a “Safe Mode” warning in WooPayments, but are unable to find any actions to take.

WooPayments Safe Mode helps prevent disruptions to your store in cases where 2 or more sites are connected to the same WooPayments account.?

Could you please help confirm if you have 2 or more sites connected to the same WooPayments account?

In the meantime, you can learn more about WooPayments Safe Mode from this detailed guide.

Hi- I ran a test a long time ago on a staging site – but that site is now deleted. The documentation you refer doesn’t help as I’m not seeing the screens displayed.

This is the first screen – see the red banner. .

When I click on take action – this is what I see..
