Site is in Appearance only

Hi,

I had a web designer put all the content of my site in appearance. Great url looks good, but I can’t seo or edit as easily as in pages. Does anyone know how I move the content to pages. It is only a one page site, but it has a menu bar for scrolling down to that section.
I have had many sites built, but never seen someone do this. I try to copy past but forget it.
