Site is hacked. No backup

  • Ok.
    There is this site with the spacious theme, it has been hacked.
    There is no backup available. The information seems to be in the database, but somehow WordPress doesn’t see it / connect to it.

    Any advise ? Is there anyone who wants to help restore the database ?

  • Greetings, first of all I apologize for my bad English. I am writing with Google translate. My 4 sites using Themegrill were hacked yesterday. I have doubts that the problem was caused by the themegrill-demo-importer plugin. Apply to your hosting company to restore the latest date of your database is recovering.

    To get back your site, the best approach is to contact your hosting provider and ask them to restore to last working backup they have. Most of the hosting provider these days do have a backup system.

    Once you do this, please delete or deactivate the ThemeGrill Demo Importer plugin if you’re not using it anymore otherwise update to the latest version of the plugin (1.6.3)
