Site is down! Have no idea how to get it back up!

  • Was trying to update our WordPress calendar plug-in and then the whole thing crashed! Our company website is https://www.usmarketaccess.com. We have to have this back up and running ASAP! Please help! The fatal error code I am receiving is: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class lessc_formatter_compressed in /home/content/53/9413653/html/wp-content/themes/pagelines/includes/less.plugin.php on line 3326.

    P.S. I cannot even get to my log-in page or anything, so I cannot access my dashboard at all! Really stuck here!!

    If you have FTP access, try adding the word “old” or “hold” to the folder name of that plugin to disable it, then see whether you can again log in.

    Okay, I wish I was more tech-savvy, but how do I go about getting FTP access? I’ve read that I have to get in touch with our web host, but I thought that was WordPress?

    Contact your hosts for assistance with FTP. www.remarpro.com distributes and documents the WordPress application but does not host any sites.
