The issue is how you have your site configured with your host (bluehost).

works fine at https://www.guidedcomm.com but not at guidedcomm.com

Talk to your host about how to set up an A record for the non-www address.

It’s more technical, but it would be an immediate fix if you could edit your .htaccess file with example 1 from the following walkthrough on bluehost:

https://my.bluehost.com/hosting/help/htaccess_redirect

This is what i think it should look like on your website:

RewriteEngine On
            RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www.guidedcomm.com$ [NC]
            RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.guidedcomm.com/$1 [L,R=301]

Did those used to be called redirects? I’ll have to deal with it tomorrow or Friday.
