Site is displaying old plugins that have been removed

    The site I am working on (shewearhair.com) today started doing some odd things. First the homepage wasn’t updating to the latest updates that I had made to the content, also the slideshow was freezing. Also a couple of the other pages on the site (Events page and Host a Party page) were displaying with an older color scheme that is no longer being used. The color scheme problem seemed to fix itself however, the products page is displaying an outro footer that is supposed to have been removed and it is displaying an old facebook plugin that I have uninstalled, lastly it is also not displaying a twitter plugin that is supposed to be included. The same problem is occuring on the Join Us and Contact Us pages too. And the find a consultant page is having the same problem except that it is using the proper facebook plugin. Any idea how this can be fixed and/or why this is happening?

  • Looks like you have caching enabled on your site using the SuperCache plugin – have you tried clearing that?

    If that’s not it, try deactivating ALL plugins and switching to the default twentytwelve theme to see if your theme or any plugins are causing these problems.

    Thank you very much I cleared the cache and that fixed the problem
