    mdp-local-business-seo has some baddly formed SQL calls, which results in
    this error on your backend: WordPress database error Multiple primary key
    defined for query ALTER TABLE wp_78ybd3_mdp_reviews ADD PRIMARY KEY id
    (id), do_action(‘admin_init’), call_user_func_array,
    mdpInfo::mdp_register, dbDelta

    That means the plugin is trying to create the DB tables every single time
    the site is visited. I would reach out to that developer and inform them.
