  • I’m not sure anything is right there… On the page that comes up at /home/, if I hover over the link to the blog, it displays a link to a tumblr blog. That’s not right, is it?

It can be a little complicated but in the domain registration you usually tell them where your site is hosted. At the webhost, you tell them any special instructions. An example of a special instruction would be “I have this domain but if anyone wants to see my blog go over to tumblr.com”

You may or may not have that. If you’re using a page that is programmed to send people to Tumblr, then you have to change the code in the page to stop doing that.

I’m not presuming you know or don’t know anything – I mean no offense – but I can’t tell exactly what you were going for. The site doesn’t need to start off on /home/. That page where I land on the site looks like non-WordPress html stuff. If I click on news, then I get a WordPress page. If I click on Blog I go to tumblr.

I think you did something to force people into /home/ when they just go to .com – and you can do whatever you want, but it’s not how we usually do it.

Based on how you installed things and how you want things to work, we either need to correct a link, maybe reinstall wordpress, or possibly just edit something in your hosting configuration.

So, how did you want things to work?

I can’t see your post now so I don’t know if you deleted it.
