    Hello, I had my site restored. Now it is stuck in Recovery Mode with the “The site is experiencing technical difficulties” error message on the login page. On the Dashboard, under this plugin, it displays this message, “This plugin failed to load properly and is paused during recovery mode.” I clicked the “Resume” button; it did not help. I tried Deactivate and then Activate the plugin; it did not help. Please let me know what I can do to return the site to normal.

    Is WP-Optimize not loading properly?

    If you had cache enabled before restoring, and WP-Optimize is not loading properly now, you should use FTP or a file browser on you hosting to edit the file wp-config.php and remove the line that says define('WP_CACHE', true);.
