I have a fresh wordpress installation on Dreamhost (shared hosting) and am having a problem importing an “all in one” archive. I’m uploading it from my computer as a “file” and the import will either:
    – get to 100% and then hang
    – get to ~75% and then hang
    – get to 75%, immediately jump to 100% and then hang

I’ve done this maybe 10-12 times now and it’s always one of these 3 behaviors. I’ve let it sit for 20-30 minutes with no change. The archive size is about 330 megs and it doesn’t appear to be corrupt – i can browse it and extract individual files without issue using an online browser tool.

My site appears to be untouched.

I’m getting this in my error log:

    [Tue May 11 16:10:45.403778 2021] [fcgid:warn] [pid 32254:tid 4184200869632] [client 24.5.174.209:58283] mod_fcgid: HTTP request length 268442520 (so far) exceeds MaxRequestLen (268435456), referer: https://<actual.site.URL.removed/>/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ai1wm_import

I’ve checked the php.ini for my account (phprc in the case of dreamhost) and upped the upload sizes and memory footprint to accommodate.

I’m looking through the support archive but wondering if anyone has any hints here. It feels like i’m close here.
