Site Images Removed from Home Page

Hello and good day.

I just ran the Free Media Cleaner and it did remove the files I wanted, but also removed files on my home page.

The header image, footer image and some images under the header.

I am using WooCommerce and Elementor.

Do I need the pro version or is there something else that I should consider?
