Site Identity Not Correct in Subscription Email

    In Settings>General I have the correct Site Title saved (Giggle with Grace).

    When someone subscribes to my blog the email says “Congratulations you are now subscribed to the site ‘Welcome’ (gigglewithgrace.com)” The title of the email also says you are subscribed to “Welcome”. I can’t figure out how to change the default “Welcome” to the correct site name.
