Site Icon – Free "Make" Theme

I am using the free version of the Make theme, and want to set the site icon. In Customize > General > Logo, I see “These options have been deprecated in favor of the Site Icon setting in WordPress core. Please visit the Site Identity section to configure your site icon.am following the instructions in “customize”

I do not see where the WordPress core menu is location. Further, in Jetpack, when I click the link in their deprecated feature to set the site icon, that link takes me to Settings > General, but nothing for site icon exists there either.

Any help would be great.
