Site Health Status – Your site could not complete a loopback request

In trying to resolve an issue (i.e. Your site could not complete a loopback request) raised by WP 5.2.1 Site Health Status. It was suggested in this article that plugins can often be the source of the loopback failure. After disabling all my plugins and reactivating them one at a time, I realized that wp-cassify was the source the loopback failure. Again from the article, it appears the use of sessions_start is frown up. Unfortunately, I have to solution to offer other my initial investigation.
