Hi, I encounter the following challenge regarding the use of Litespeed cache plugin. When the plugin is activated, the Site Health Status displays: No information yet…

Also, within the Site Health Status I get the following message when the plugin is activated: The scheduled event, litespeed_task_imgoptm_pull, is late to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.

When I deactivate the plugin, it seems that Site Health Status works correctly again.

Thank you in advance for checking and I hope for a proper solution.

    Best regards.

if you wait for few minutes , does it show anything ?

The scheduled event, litespeed_task_imgoptm_pull, is late to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.

this is normal , when cron is delayed or not triggered in time , you set up a real system cron to trigger it

@qtwrk thanks again for the reply.

I’ve waited and waited (and then continued working on the website). No status change. However, when I click on Site Health through Tools in the left menu on the WP dashboard, it does work. Just not on the main WP dashboard, there the status keeps on being: No information yet…

There is a new error message regarding Litespeed plugin though:

The scheduled event, litespeed_task_imgoptm_pull, failed to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.

The former error message it gave does not show anymore.

I just set up a site with the version you have mentioned , but it just displays on dashboard and health page though.

Did you enable object cache or something ?

the second message is normal , when cron is delayed or not triggered in time , you set up a real system cron to trigger it

    Thanks @qtwrk !

Indeed I had object cache turned on (it also made the website very very slow as I notice now). I turned it off and Site Health on the main WP dashboard is showing again. But best is: my website is fast again ??

    This ticket can be closed.

    Thanks again.

    good to know

yeah , object cache could give more trouble than its worth , specially when backend process is not running , or settings not configured properly
