    Hi,

    WP: 5.4.2
    Woocommerce: 4.2.0
    Webcraftic Clearfy: 1.6.8

    Site Health – Results are still loading… continues and does not show results.

    Disabling Clearfy gets updated Site Health results in a few seconds as expected.

    Please guide in case I have messed up some Clearfy settings.

  • Hello.

    Try disabling all the options in the PERFORMANCE tab one at a time. Most likely you have disabled the REST API

    Thank you for your response.

    I narrowed it down to Disable Heartbeat option. I am forced to keep the below setting so that Site Health is NOT impacted.

    Please let me know your thoughts about this.

    Is this not contradictory to the entire premise of using Clearfy plugin?

    The Clearfy plugin allows you to disable rarely used WordPress features, but other plugins can use these features. Therefore, you need to configure Clearfy to match your site.

    For example, if you disable the REST API, JetPack will stop working

    So if I understand you, if I need to use Site Health I should keep Heartbeat active.

    Let me see if there is some other way to fix this.
