Hi @jimmcl61, thanks for getting in touch.
If you see a Wordfence-branded block page, or an error in your browser console when you attempt to visit site-health.php, then you can visit Wordfence > Live Traffic to see the corresponding block data that matches the timestamp(s) you visited. Clicking on the entry or “eye” icon will expand the entry and show the reason Wordfence gave for the block. It’s also possible to allowlist the action for future visits from here.
If you’re not seeing anything there then Wordfence shouldn’t be preventing this page from loading. You could also try a period of time in Learning Mode, then visiting the page again to see if anything in the background was being blocked.
From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.
Thanks,
Peter.
