• I manage multiple sites and am seeing a 404 error page when requesting the site health. I’ve checked that my installation file (site-health.php) is correct. Running the latest WP version, minimal/updated plugins/themes, and WordFence.

What am I doing wrong? Does WordFence interfere?

    Many thanks, always.

  • I can’t reproduce this on my end. Which URLs are specifically reported as 404?

This is the tool itself. Where do you see the 404 events? In the access log from the server?

I see them when I view the page. I get a 404 page.

Nobody here can understand that because we don’t have access data to your backend (and we don’t want to have them). Since I am redirected to the login when I call the link, the file seems to be available.

Therefore, I would guess that something is wrong in the cache of your browser. Try it in a private window.
Or you have a security plugin installed which denies you access. Deactivate this plugin and try again.

Appreciate all the help. Attempting this is a private browser and deactivating WordFence did not resolve the issue. I get no log errors within the WP file structure. If there is another place to look for an error description, I welcome the suggestions.

I get this error on all of the WP sites on this server, so I’m thinking there is some other general limit/restriction being hit.
