Site Health Check errors

Hi! Thanks for writing such a great plugin!

Since upgrading to PHP 7.4.5 and WP 5.4.1, I’m getting the following Site Health Check errors:

1. REST API error
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
2. Site could not complete a loopback request
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

I’ve ensured that my php memory limits are increased. There are no errors when your plugin is disabled.

While running the Query Monitor plugin, these PHP errors are present.
