Site has image issues when updating or adding elements

When our client adds or updates a page with an image, the front-end of the site gets wonky where the newest added image replaces other images that weren’t touched in the update. We are also not seeing old images in the media library which is causing issues.

I found a workaround where I needed to deactivate the CDN plugin, make the changes, then reactivate it, but this is very cumbersome.
