@kushrathod Looking at your Site Health information it seems the response from the AdSense network is that your account or site status is pending action.

Unfortunately, we’re limited to Site Kit support so we can’t assist with AdSense specific issues. You can however use the AdSense help center with the product experts being able to assist further if you include your AdSense account status.

@kushrathod I was able to locate the AdSense code when viewing your page source. It may just be a matter of awaiting a response from the AdSense network regarding the approval of your site. However, you may need to get in touch with the AdSense Help Center and follow any instructions by email or on your AdSense dashboard. Thanks.
