    Hello,

I just received this email from WordPress:

WordPress has a native feature to detect if a plugin or theme is causing a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automatic email.

Here WordPress found an error with one of your plugins, “404 Solution”.

Start by visiting your site to check if there are any visible problems and check if any problems are visible.

Please contact your host for assistance with resolving this issue.

If your site seems broken or you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a “recovery mode”. This allows you to securely log into your dashboard to find the source of the problem.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I’m glad your site is still working for now and I’m sorry that happened. I noticed you have version 2.28.0 of the plugin.

If you upgrade to the latest version the issue should no longer happen.

    regards

    Aaron

    Yes, i haved

    No more errors so far.

May conflict with “Rank math Seo” which also has a 404 detection option (but not redirection that I had disabled), but I also disabled the detection.

    Again, same problème alert :

Nothing has changed in the log file on your site, so the last error message I see still says you’re using version 2.28.0. Are you sure the plugin was updated?

Il faut absolument mettre à jour le plugin, sinon cela va continuer d’arriver…

You need to update the plugin. 2.28 is not the latest version.

Il faut mettre à jour le plugin. 2.28 n’est pas la version la plus récente.

    Alright I understand.

I just manually updated to 2.32.2

But why has WordPress never asked me to update for this plugin (while it asks for all the others)?

Some older versions had an issue with automatic updates.
