Site hacked with current iThemes installed

Hello,

I have iThemes security installed on a site and today it was hacked. All the pages disappeared. I changed all passwords, updated file permissions, and restored the database and files. Within minutes, the pages disappeared again. Not sure how the hackers got past the security. Help appreciated!
