Site Hacked then Deleted

    My name is Eddie, I’m representing Superinterns.com Our site was recently hacked and multiple facets of our site were deleted including our WordPress account, how can we go about restoring our previous account? Thank you for your support

  • Sorry to hear that. Just to check are you talking about your WordPress admin account? Are you sure it was deleted, or just password changed? Have you tried looking in the database?

    Have you tried contacting your hosting company? They may be able to help, particularly if they have a back up.

    If that actually is a WordPress site, you would be correct in saying WordPress is not functioning completely. Nevertheless, your database is being accessed and that would mean only parts of WordPress are not functioning if that actually is a WordPress site. Having CloudFlare involved might or might not be part of your problem, and you are likely going to need more help overall than might be available here. Talking with whoever first set all of that up is where I would suggest you begin.
