Site hacked since installation of the extension

    Hello,

    A few days after installing this extension, my blog was hacked.

    A security flaw somewhere allows to add PHP files that add keywords on pages and in meta descriptions. https://papacitoyen.reves-connectes.com

    Difficult to say it accurately without completely disabling the extension that I find very convenient, but it never happened to me since 2002, my WordPress and all the extensions are up to date.

    The only extension I installed recently is this one.

    Can you please check when the files were created and examine hosting logs?
    There are no known vulnerabilities of Ad Inserter.

    It’s hard to say. Perhaps just a disturbing coincidence. I reinstalled everything, secure, and hopefully it will not happen again. If someone encounters the problem, this topic may be useful. Thank you for your reply.
